ENOUGH Services Funding Assistance Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability

By accepting financial assistance, goods, services, referrals, or other support from ENOUGH Services (“ENOUGH”), the Recipient acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

  1. Voluntary Acceptance

The Recipient voluntarily accepts funding, assistance, goods, services, referrals, or other support provided by ENOUGH. The Recipient understands that all assistance is provided at ENOUGH’s sole discretion and is intended to support the Recipient’s identified needs and goals.

  1. Use of Funds and Assistance

The Recipient understands that funds or assistance provided by ENOUGH may be paid directly to the Recipient, a service provider, landlord, educational institution, healthcare provider, utility company, vendor, contractor, or other third party. The Recipient agrees to use any funds or assistance only for the approved purpose and acknowledges that ENOUGH does not guarantee the quality, availability, performance, or outcome of any goods or services obtained through such assistance.

  1. Independent Third-Party Services

The Recipient understands that ENOUGH is not responsible for and does not control the actions, services, products, advice, treatment, workmanship, or conduct of any third-party provider, agency, organization, business, landlord, educational institution, healthcare provider, attorney, contractor, vendor, or other individual or entity involved in providing services or goods related to the assistance received.

  1. Assumption of Risk

The Recipient acknowledges that participation in programs, use of goods or services, receipt of referrals, or engagement with third-party providers may involve risks. The Recipient voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of any assistance, goods, services, referrals, or resources provided directly or indirectly through ENOUGH.

  1. No Guarantee of Outcome

The Recipient understands that ENOUGH does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, benefit, approval, service level, financial gain, housing placement, educational achievement, legal outcome, medical outcome, employment opportunity, or other result arising from the assistance provided.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Recipient releases, waives, and holds harmless ENOUGH, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, donors, partners, and agents from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to the receipt, use, administration, or outcome of any funding, assistance, goods, services, referrals, or resources provided by ENOUGH.

  1. No Professional Advice

The Recipient understands that ENOUGH does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, mental health, clinical, or other professional advice unless expressly stated by a licensed professional acting within their scope of practice. The Recipient is encouraged to seek independent professional advice as appropriate.

  1. Indemnification

The Recipient agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ENOUGH, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, donors, partners, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from the Recipient’s use of funds, assistance, goods, services, referrals, or resources provided by ENOUGH

  1. Acknowledgment

By accepting assistance from ENOUGH, the Recipient acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability. The Recipient further acknowledges that receipt of assistance does not create an ongoing obligation, contractual relationship, or guarantee of future assistance from ENOUGH Services.
